Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and debit cards, we do not accept American Express cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
A contract is not formed and we have not accepted your order until we have debited your payment card even though you may have recieved an order confirmation

All deliveries to England, Wales and the Scottish Lowlands which goes as far as Dundee. Also postcodes AB1 to AB16, AB21 to AB25 AB30, AB39, PA1 to PA19 and PH1 to PH3 are included in the prices on our site .

Delivery charges apply for the Highlands postcodes AB31 to AB39, AB40 to AB56, IV1 to IV28, IV30 to IV32, IV36 to IV40, IV52 to IV 54, IV63, KW1 to KW14, PA21 to PA38, PH4 to PH41,PH49, PH50 add £20.00 PER ITEM
BT postcodes add £35 per item.

These charges apply per box so if we can we will put everything in one box. If we cannot we will contact you.
We use an overnite service which gets the package to you within 24 hours of dispatch except at weekends for the most areas and the extra charge areas can take a day or two longer.
We do require a signature on delivery and the goods will not be left without a signature so if you will not be available to accept delivery please let us know then we can send it at a time when you will be .
Delivery is to your door and most able bodied people can carry one of these mattresses but if you do find them heavy to move please don't strain yourself, get a friend to assist you.
On delivery please inspect the package and if it looks badly damaged do not sign for it and reject it.
Please do not use anything sharp to unpack these mattresses as you might damage them and in any event they have been packed in such away as to allow you to unpack them without the need of knives and scissors.

We do appreciate that late deliveries are very very annoying, this is why we send a tracking code with all deliveries that need a signature, if you check the tracking code and for whatever reason the parcels not going to be there, it`s frustrating but at least you know and can go and do something else. A point to note is that email addresses such as Hotmail often put the tracking emails in a spam/junk mail folder, so do check in there.
We do require a signature on delivery and tether goods will not be left without a signature so if you will not be available to accept delivery please let us know then we can send it at a time when you will be.

We are frequently asked if the driver will call half an hour before delivery, really the answer is no, however we will put this on the delivery note but please note if they do not call and your mattress is delayed we cannot accept any responsibility for any delay.

DELIVERY DETAILS FOR PILLOWS AND AIRBAGS
We usually have all theses products in stock and send them the same day that we receive the order except at weekends. We use Royal Mail 1st class and you should expect delivery within 2 or 3 days.

DELIVERY DETAILS FOR HARRISON AND KAYMED BEDS AND MATTRESSES
The price of these products includes delivery to the major population areas of the mainland UK, if delivery is to a more remote area such as the Highlands of scotland there may be a surcharge, in any event you will be contacted for your approval before any such charge is made.
You will always be contacted before delivery of these products and a suitable arrangement made, if you fail to keep this appointment you shall be liable for all reasonable costs that we incur.

IMPORTANT
Please note that on items that require a signature on delivery we always contact you before dispatch to make sure someone will be available to accept the goods, if the goods arrive and nobody is available and the goods have to be redelivered we do reserve the right to charge for any additional expense incurred by ourselves.
The delivery firm we use has a success rate of around 98.6% for deliveries on time however we cannot be held responsible for any loss should a product be delayed for any reason, and we would always urge that if you are going to dispose of a current mattress not to do so until the new one has arrived.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. Most products arrive within a couple of working days but our basic policy is to get the product to you as quickly as possible, keep you fully informed at all times and not to take any money until the goods are ready for dispatch.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will keep you fully informed and not debit your card until we have contacted you and recieved your approval of the new delivery date. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20.0% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero . There is a £20 administration charge for VAT free orders under £100.00.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee All the products we supply are quality branded products and the prices quoted include V.A.T. at the standard rate.
All our products come complete with a manufacturers warranty, (details available on request). The warranty registration card (where applicable) should be completed and sent back to the manufacturer to register the date of purchase.
Many item have a barcode attached, do not be tempted to remove this as it will invalidate the Guarantee.
Please note that if a product is delivered off the UK mainland any costs transports involved in rectifying faults must be born by the customer.

Returns Policy Defective items:

You can always return products if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of products that have been opened if they are defective.Should you find your products to be defective please email us within 48 hours of receipt of faulty goods.
If an item is defective we will pay any pre agreed fees for inspection, uplift and re delivery if required however if the items prove not to be defective then you shall be liable for those costs.
If a product is faulty you will need to get it to the pavement for collection as the drivers of the services we use cannot come into your house,
Any fees incurred due to delivery beyond the bounds of the mainland UK will have to be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
If an item is self assembley and needs to be returned, it will be you the customers responsibility to dismantle and repack the item.
Any delivery charges on products over 12 months old will be the responsibility of the customer.


Delivery Charges:

If you are returning an item on delivery because of an error on our part or because it is defective we will be happy to change the product for the correct item or replace it with an exchange item, with no extra delivery charges being incurred. Otherwise you will be responsible for delivery charges and costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

Cancellations:

Brandbury Limited adhere to the U.K.'s Consumer Contracts Regulations. However, we regret that we cannot accept returns of the following:
Divan bases, pillows and mattresses and mattress toppers.
Products that have been made to a bespoke size or personalised type and because of that cannot be sent on approval.
The above products will be exempt from the statutory14 day cooling of period where the products have been unsealed, and your right to cancel will have ended for reasons of health and hygiene as the product will be deemed to have be used.
If you wish to return a product, the return will be your responsibility, and it will remain your responsibility until we have accepted it back in saleable condition, we may at our discretion arrange collection, but in all instances it will be at your cost.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
To cancel this contract, please contact us on 0161 764 2046 with all relevant order information to hand. If the order has not been dispatched you will incur no costs but if we have already dispatched the goods you will be liable for the delivery and return costs we incur. Please package the relevent product securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the date the product was delivered to you. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us, we may arrange for collection of the product from your residence at your cost. You should be aware that once we begin the collection process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price of the product within 28days.
